Seasonal forecast are not something which is trustworthy, but we will say what there is.
We are in situation of "La-Ninia" (cold ocean water near Peru). Connection to the middle east is weak, but in the past, in average, the rain seasons were weaker.

We are after 2 very good winters. There have been some occasions with 3 in a row, but that is not common.

Bottom line is, more chance of below average of rain and warmer than average temperature.

This hurricanes season is very quite. Till (almost) mid September no hurricane developed in the Atlantic. Why?
A luck in humidity and high vertical wind shear causing the tropical storms to stay small and not become hurricane.

This is huge hail balls seen at Rishon Letzion, but also seen at lot of places.
It is created when a cloud develops to 5km height like a skyscraper.
This cloud has massive downstream and upstream flows.
Every time the little ice piece goes up - it gets another layer of ice - like layers of onion.
When it is heavy enough it falls to the ground.
